I was initially told to wait for Synapse 3 support for my Mamba wireless mouse( the high cost one with the separate charging dock, only to be told by another support staff member it was never going to happen. Sorry to say you cant rely on the accuracy/honesty on some of the posts by Razer support staff.Īfter waiting sooooo long for the support of my former multiple Razer high cost to be supported by just one single version of Synapse I decided to ditch the lot for Steelseries products, as mentioned in my above post #155.
